SIGNED UP FOR THE UNICORN 121 MILE CHALLENGE.  
HOPING TO COMPLETE IT IN 30 DAYS.

STARTED THE DAY WITH A 10 MILE BIKE RIDE






FINISHED THE DAY WITH SESSION 20 WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER

LIFTED 40 LB BELL AND HELD BY THE ANKLES FOR 5 SECONDS 12 REP FOR 4 SETS

DID 4 SETS OF 15 WITH 115 LBS

FROM SEATED POSITION I STAND AND THROW THE MEDICINE BALL DOWN AND THEN BACK TO SEATED.
4 SETS OF 15

ALSO MIXED IN IS 4 SETS OF 15 JUMPING JACKS

2 SETS OF SQUAT WALKS (WITHOUT THE RESISTANCE BAND)

1 SET OF 15 WITH 15 THROWING THE BALL AT THE WALL

MY TRAINER CHANGED THINGS UP A BIT ON THIS SESSION.  HE TOLD ME TO START THE EXERCISE AND JUST KEEP GOING UNTIL I COULDNT DO IT ANYMORE.  
FIRST SET WAS 40 WITH 35 LB WEIGHT ON EACH SIDE
SECOND & THIRD SET I DID 20 REPS
LAST SET I DID 10 REPS

THIS ONE HE PUT 30 LBS ON IT AND FOR EVERY 10 REPS I DID HE REMOVED WEIGHT AND I DID 4 SETS OF 10

DID 20 REPS X 1 SET OF BODY SQUATS

THEN I FINISHED OFF MY WORK OUT WITH A 30 MINUTE WALK AROUND THE TRACK AT THE GYM.
