WE DID A COUPLE DIFFERENT EXERCISES USING THE PULLEY THINGS.
STARTED OFF WITH 4 SETS 10 OF WHAT I WILL CALL SQUAT PULLS WHERE WOULD SQUAT AN STAND UP UP AND PULL THE PULLEY IN AND OUT. HARD TO DESCRIBE I KNOW. LOL THEN IN BETWEEN SETS DID 4 SETS OF 10 BALL THROW DOWNS.
THEN DID 4 SETS OF 10 ON THE ONE ARM CABLE ROW
AND 4 SETS OF 10 WITH THE BALL THROW DOWN
DID 4 SETS OF TEN OF THE CABLE ROPE CURL
AND 4 SETS OF 10 BALL THROW DOWN
DID 4 SETS OF 10 OF THIS BUT INSTEAD OF COMING FROM THE FLOOR I BROUGHT IT UP FROM A BENCH WITH THE BAR BEING 40 LBS
MY LEAST FAVORITE IS ANY CRUNCH MACHINE
