SESSION #9

TODAY'S WORKOUT WAS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN THE PREVIOUS ONES.  WE USED THIS MACHINE BELOW.  

WE DID A COUPLE DIFFERENT EXERCISES USING THE PULLEY THINGS.  
STARTED OFF WITH 4 SETS 10 OF WHAT I WILL CALL SQUAT PULLS WHERE  WOULD SQUAT AN STAND UP UP AND PULL THE PULLEY IN AND OUT.  HARD TO DESCRIBE I KNOW.  LOL THEN IN BETWEEN SETS DID 4 SETS OF 10 BALL THROW DOWNS. 


THEN DID 4 SETS OF 10 ON THE ONE ARM CABLE ROW
AND 4 SETS OF 10 WITH THE BALL THROW DOWN

DID 4 SETS OF TEN OF THE CABLE ROPE CURL
AND 4 SETS OF 10 BALL THROW DOWN


DID 4 SETS OF 10 OF THIS BUT INSTEAD OF COMING FROM THE FLOOR I BROUGHT IT UP FROM A BENCH WITH THE BAR BEING 40 LBS

MY LEAST FAVORITE IS ANY CRUNCH MACHINE
4 SETS OF 10
THESE WERE TOUGH AND THE LIGHTS ABOVE ARE SUPER BRIGHT


AND LAST HE HAD ME DO 4 SETS OF 15 JUMPING JACKS

SESSION #8

DID A LOT OF WORK WITH THE BALL AGAIN ON THIS EXERCISE MIXED IN WITH SOME WEIGHTS
 BICEP CURL 4 SETS OF 10 WITH 20 LBS
BALL THROW DOWN WITH A HOP 4 SETS OF 10

SEATED DIP 4 SETS OF 10 AT 40 LBS
THE COMBINATION OF SQUAT, THROW BALL UP TO TAP ON WALL THEN THROW IT DOWN WAS IN ROTATION WITH THIS EXERCISE.  4 SETS OF 10.  I STRUGGLED WITH THE FLOW ON THIS ONE.

ON MY OWN TODAY

SO TODAY I WAS IN THE GYM AFTER MY DOCTOR APPOINTMENT.  I STARTED OUT WITH 14 MINUTES WARM UP ON THE ELIPTICAL. 
NEXT UP WAS LEG CURLS.  DID 3 SETS OF 10 AT 20LBS. 
NEXT WAS THE LEG PRESS DID 3 SETS OF 10 REPS AT 60 LBS
THE GLUTE EXTENSION DID 3 SETS OF 10 REPS AT 20 LBS ON EACH LEG
OUTER THIGH 4 SETS OF 10 REPS AT 20 LBS
INNER THIGH 3 SETS OF 10 AT 20 LBS
3 SETS OF 10 AT 30 LBS
10 CRUNCHES ON THIS MACHINE.

LONGHUNTER HIKE

WHAT A DAY!  

A GORGEOUS DAY TO WALK AROUND THE LAKE WITH FRIENDS AND MY HUBBY!









WE MADE PRETTY GOOD TIME!  I WALKED THE DOGS A LITTLE BIT EARLIER IN THE DAY AND WENT TO WALMART AND JUST REGULAR WALKING ADDED UP TO MY ALMOST 6 MILES OF WALKING.

SESSION #7

Started out with a 5-minute warm-up on this machine
 Did 3 sets of 15 where I was straddling the bench and sitting and standing back up with the bar on my shoulders not sure how much weight was on there
Did 3 sets of 15 on this one again not sure how much weight he put on there
This machine and the one below I did 3 sets of 15 and went back and forth between the two. Not sure how much weight was on each machine
This one I did 4 sets of 10 on each leg not sure how much weight was on there.

My legs felt like spaghetti LOL

SPENT A COUPLE HOURS AT THE POOL AND GOT 45 MINS OF SWIM TIME IN SIGNED UP FOR THE UNICORN 121 MILE CHALLENGE.   HOPING TO COMP...
